Job Title: Team Leader – Children's Residential Home
Location: Leicester LE3
Salary: £13.50 per hour (+ additional pay for sleep-ins)

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our children's home team. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered to the children and young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver excellent care and support tailored to individual needs.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards.
•    Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the team and external professionals.
•    Monitor and review team performance, providing supervision, guidance, and training.
•    Take part in the on-call rota and carry out sleep-in duties as required.

Requirements:
•    Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care (or equivalent).
•    Proven experience as a Team Leader in a children’s residential care setting.
•    Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and residential care standards.
•    Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
•    A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential.
