Job Title: Senior Residential Children’s Support Worker
Salary: £ 28,000(40hrs a week, additional £50 per sleep-in)
Locations: Wellingborough, NN8
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Social Care and Education are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Residential Children's Support Worker to join our team.

The Role
•    Attend all multi-disciplinary team meetings for the children and young adults. This will include school, safeguarding and social worker meetings.
•    Participate in a on-call rota
•    Mange all aspects of the home on day-to-day basis, following the children home set regulations.
•    Engage with other professionals to create and implement person centred plans for the young person to support them integrate into the home and community setting.
•    Follow and implement policies, procedures and legislation to all those in the service.
•    Manage and implement budge and finances for the home.
•    Support, implement all training requirement staff may need.
•    Ensure health and safety standards are always met.

The Requirements
· 1 year UK based experience working in a children home
· Must hold a level 3 qualification working with children or young adults
· Full UK driving licence
