Nursery Practioner Level 2 / Level 3
Social Care & Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team. Location: Reading, RG1
Salary: £24,000 to £24,500
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging activities for the pre-school room.
• Create a stimulating, educational environment for children.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure space for learning and play.
• Participate in assessments, tracking and reviewing children’s learning and development.
• Collaborate with management to support the daily operations of the nursery.
Experience & Requirements
• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a childcare setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Key Person Approach.
• A passion for fostering children's growth and development.
• Ambitious, energetic, and eager to contribute to a supportive environment.
