Support Worker
Duration: Full Time & Part Time
Location: Crewe, CW7 & CW10
Salary: £11.60 - £12.00 Per hour

The Role
· Provide personal care and emotional support to individuals requiring assistance.
· Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, daily household tasks and activities.
· Administer medication as directed
· Accompany individuals to appointments and outings.
· Monitor and report any changes in the individual to manager.
· Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual.
· Support client with their finances
· Complete all documentation to a high standard
· Support and encourage client to be independent with all daily activities.
· Encourage, support and prompt with personal care
The Requirements
· Be Enthusiastic about developing new skills.
· Able to be patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
· Experience working within a Support Worker Setting
· Experience with Epilepsy
