The whole team is well organized, from the shift team to the managers to the finance department, they are all fantastic. It goes as far as sometimes getting paid on Thursday nights as to the Friday payments everywhere else. SCE priortises the well being and mental health of its workers. Before any shift there would be a call booking you in and a short briefing about the places you are going to work. Social Care & Education is a good place to work and my experience with them is fantastic. The staff in the office and payroll are very helpful all the time. Communication is very clear and open; shifts are great, and you are supported in all ways. I have been working with them for 5 months and have had no issues.
Working with Social Care & Educational is a blast. You get to work with various clients, all who are very friendly and wonderful. You get access to the necessary training required and there is never a shortage of shifts as long as you are compliant. Every time I pick up shifts with Social Care & Education, I receive my full salary and pay-slip including bank holiday pay. They offer enough shifts when I have given my availability, and sometimes they even call to ask if I need any extra hours.
